What is wrong with the build?

During some days the build seems lot more complex than before, what happens?

It is compiling for a long time and lot of libraries are static linked.

What is the ./configure line to get the old behavior back?

something like this:
./configure --disable-hdhomerun_static --disable-libffmpeg_static --disable-libx264_static --disable-libx265_static --disable-libmfx_static
