Tvheadend

Hello everyone,
I need your help with DVB-S2 settings. I have multiswitch 5/8 and form him there is a cable connected to my PC. I don't know what to choose in SatConfig (http://oi64.tinypic.com/orikjq.jpg)

Here is my setup
Multiswitch 5/8 Televes (look like this: http://tinyurl.com/zayufgb)
Ubuntu 15.10, kernel 4.2.0-16-generic
Tevii S482 Dual DVB-S2 PCIe

hts user is in video group

ps ax | grep tvheadend
831 ? Ssl 0:01 /usr/bin/tvheadend -f -u hts -g video
1774 pts/1 S+ 0:00 grep --color=auto tvheadend

In log I recive something like this:

diseqc: failed to set voltage (e=Resource temporarily unavailable)
mpegts: 10719V in hotbird - tuning on Montage Technology M88DS3103 : DVB-S #0
