No EPG OTA data found.

Setup: Ubuntu 14.04, HDHR3-US (hdhomerun), tvh
2015-12-19 16:23:42.007 mpegts: 755.028MHz in ota - scan no data, failed
EPG source is blank and drop down does not have any options under "channel / epg -> channel"
I've run a recent version of tvh and 4.0.8 and neither are receiving ota EPG data. Is this suppose to work?
