De-interlace Support... (tvh => plex => Samsung)

Could someone point me in the correct direction so that when I am watching TV from tvh using Plex on my Samsung TV it will de-interlace it.
This is only causing me a problem on my Samsung TV as most clients have a setting for enabling de-interlacing.

PS. Setup it Ubunutu server 14.04, TVH 4.0.7-20(Testing branch) and tvheadend-ng(latest GIT)
