Tvheadend

I'm using build: 4.1-1163~g1bf77c5, after my first scan (it ran successfully the first time) all the muxes got stuck at PEND status, I can't change them to IDLE or ACTIVE, they continue as PEND even after rebooting.

I have 2 different set of devices on the server, 5 DVBSKY T330 (DVB-C/T) and 5 DVBSKY S960 (DVB-S2), this happened to 100% of the DVB-C muxes and with only one DVB-S2 mux.

Any clue what it may be?
