Tvheadend

Hi, I would like to install Tvheadend 4.x for my raspberry pi 2 which is running ubuntu, only get version up to 3.9 from repo, is it possible to install 4.x version to the pi?

I also tried to install files from https://nihil.selfhost.eu/tvheadend/ doing dpkg -i, but it doesn't work

What could I be doing bad?
