Tvheadend

Just upgraded from 3.4 to 4.05.
First of, a huge thanks to the developers, for continuing this great (and needed project, for many of us).
(Built in dvb-hdhomerun support in 4.x - Thank you so much!)

My question is, why Tvheadend, when looking at the "Status/Stream" page, with no clients connected, it's still using arround 500-525 kbit, pr tuner, constantly?
I've disabled all idle scanning, on both TV-adapters, and disabled "Network Discovery" on "networks".

EIT EPG is enabled, but the ~500 kbit is going on, continuously for many hours.

Is this normal. If so, why?
