Patch for setting EPG default charset

Hi.

For some reason, some providers don't use ISO6937 as default charset nor they send the proper charset identifiers in their EPG strings.

I've written a small patch, which enhances the channels list with a column "EPG Default Charset". If this is useable, I'll can provide it also with a fork on github if necessary.
