Is it possible to import recordings from mediaportal?

I am moving from mediaportal to TV headend and have my setup about where I want it. I have a large number of recordings from mediaportal as a .ts with xml file. Is there any way to get TV headend to recognise these recordings?

I am using kodi as a front end and would like to go into recordings and see them if possible.
