TVheadend stream to VLC windows

I have a Moi Pro IPTV server with TVheadend installed, i can watch the channels now on VLC on my macbook, but on windows it just doesn't work. Any suggestions?
Also i have 3 streaming profiles (HTSP, Matroska and pass) , is it possible to add additional profiles?
