Tvheadend

I've sucessfully installed tvheadend on ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS. The client is OSMC on a Raspberry Pi2. The following works:
1. live TV
2. timeshifting
3. 70% of the time: recording using autorec

What fails is:
1. making recordings which have been manually added from OSMC (they are not recorded: "time missed", maybe related to [[https://www.tvheadend.org/issues/2919]])
2. resuming recordings after crash ("unable to create new channel...")
3. aborting/deleting active entries ("The Break") in "Upcoming/current recordings" from WebUI (crashes)

I've seen log activity regarding EPG grabbing using both tuners. To make sure there is no contention I've configured one tuner unavailable for EPG grabbing.

Additional information:
1. WebUI Status|Stream is empty,
2. there is no recording file in the recording diretory.

Any recommendations how to proceed with analysis, i.e. finding the cause for this behaviour?
Any hints or known bugs?
