QNAP TS212-E NAS Debian Jessie - ./configure output is old, please re-run

I getting this error when trying to use Autobuild.sh
It Also happens when using make
I have followed the instructions to build tvheadend and am using the git repo.
./configure output is old, please re-run
Makefile:510: recipe for target 'check_config' failed
make: *** [check_config] Error 1

Any help appreciated
