connection lost after upgrade ubuntu

hi,
today i'm upgraded my ubuntu from utopic to vivid - and tvheadend stop working Sad
on utopic everything works ok. but now all the time is tvheadend connection lost , cant login via http. remove configs from kodi and tvheadend, and the same problem with clean install.
here is logs

on clean config, sometimes work, but after system restart still connection lost
today i installed version 4.1.18 from old repo and everything works, so package from new repo master and unstable branch dosent work for me ?
anyone can confirm latest build works in ubuntu 15.04 ?
build from master branch works on ubuntu 14.10
