What the official way to updates the linuxtv_muxes.h

Who/how do I submit changes, to update the DVB-T frequencies in my region? I don't what to have to use github just to edit the linuxtv_muxes.h file.

What version are you trying to build? As far as I can see, linuxtv_muxes.h was removed in version 3.2. Instead frequncies are pulled from http://linuxtv.org/git/dtv-scan-tables.git.
