Tvheadend

Again and again I tried to upgrade from 3.4 to 4.0.
And again no seamless upgrade - channels are OK, but adapters, networks, muxes, services and mappings are in mess. Everything is to be done from the scratch (I have more than 3K channels!).
My config: Digital Devices Cine S2 + DuoFlex S2, Oscam in Skyway receiver, 19E+13E+36E+5E+75E+1W.

OK. Muxes and services are deleted.
Not all the frequencies from /usr/share/tvheadend/dvb-scan/ are fetched when networks are added.
Then added manually.

Force scanning. Scanned frequencies are in ACTIVE status.
TVH stucks up at frequencies 11996L (36E) and 12174L (36E).
These frequencies and others from different satellites are permanently in PEND status. Although epggrab is still working in log window.
Services from 11996L (36E) and 12174L (36E) and from those, which are in PEND status, are in /home/hts/.hts/tvheadend/dvbtransports (probably from 3.4 version), but not in services tab.
Deleting the files and rescanning of no help.

OK. No services - no watching TV in 4.0 and 4.1.
In 3.4 before upgrade - no problem.
In receiver now - no problem.

Now watching channels.
11862R (36E) - three channels can't be descrambled as log file says.
Strange enough.
I look at Oscam window - no even request from TVH.
In 3.4 before upgrade - no problem.
In receiver now - no problem.

What should I do to watch TV?

If downgrade, where can I get 3.4 (old architecture) deb-file?
