Need nice and useable EPG

I have seen in the feature request list a proposal for a very nice EPG webui, but no one seems to work on it anymore:

is there any plan to have a more usable EPG we hi in TVH?

Have you tried looking at the tvhclient android app? I think there is something similar for ios aswel.

https://itunes.apple.com/nl/app/tvhclient/id638900112?mt=8 the TVHeadend client for iOS is super awesome. Good usable epg and also easy to use for recordings and live watching. I use it a lot when i'm not at home.
