Tvheadend

Neither version of tvheadend that brings the moi pro let me scan the satellites 110 or 119. I could see that brings transporders in tvheadend files, if I try to manually scan always says failed. I have read that it is a bug. I want to know whether there is any version of tvheadend in which can scan these satellites. If there is any version that if someone could tell me how to install it on the moi pro if is possible. Another question I saw the tvheadend working with oscam, somehow I can use tvheadend using a iks account? .
