DVB-T audio problem in 3.9 series

I'm using tvheadend for watching DVB-T TV channels by Kodi on RaspberryPi B+.
Everything was right in 3.4, but in 3.9 sometimes audio is out of sync, sometimes there is no audio, sometimes everything is ok.
The signal is 100%. Both in OpenELEC and OSMC. Both in Distro package and compiled package from souce on github.
How can I find out the problem?
