Tvheadend

I've finally managed to setup up my DVB-S2 tuner in TVHeadend 3.9.2496, and can successfully view those channels in Kodi front-end :-)

Now I'd like to add IPTV channels - but cannot see where and how I set this up.

Also, I notice that the control page that I see at IP_Address:9981 looks different than other screenshots I've seen posted elsewhere. Attached is screenshot of what I see - if something needs updating, how and where can I do that - I cannot see any 'update' function on the webpage.
