Sky UK EPG stopped updating on pay channels

Hi guys,

Having real trouble with my EPG for Sky UK.

All non-free channels (I think) don't have any EPG data e.g. Sky One.

My grabbers are:

Not sure if I need all these but no combination I have tried seems to make any difference.

Any suggestions/ideas?
