Hauppauge PCTV 292e single tuner??? ...double stick for double tuner?

Hi, I use Hauppauge PCTV 292e with my NAS Synology DS415play and TVHeadEnd Server 3.4.27-6 installed.
When I play TV on XBMC I can use only a single tuner.
Is it normal?
If i buy another Hauppauge PCTV 292e can I use it for a second tuner?
