Freesat Epg only updates on restart of tvheadend

Hey all,
Not sure whats going on, but I pulled the latest source recently and built it. Everything works fine apart from my DVB-S2 freesat setup onluy updates the epg when I (re)start the tvheadend service.
I tried the mc2xml instead and that doesnt seem to work after the first scrape on tvheadend being started.
Can anyone help.
