Tvheadend

Hello,

I've upgraded tvheadend to todays master, and I have issues with IPTV/UDP muxes.
Basically, when switching channels, most of the time I'm getting this, no matter what channel I'm switching to:

subscription: 0026: No transponder available for subscription "192.168.2.254 [ XBMC Media Center ]" to channel "STV1"

with the State displayed as Bad/Testing in the Subscirptions and 0 as bitrate.
It sometimes is working for a while, especially after disconnecting client and reconnecting him again or requesting that channel couple of times.

Also, there are some other weird issues - when two clients wants to watch the same channel (same udp mc address), one is disconnecting the other one, stream is unstable, channels that were working 5 seconds ago are not working now etc.

It's the same with VLC.

It seems this issue was introduced sometimes after commit 43e805d608d14d396c1f356903fe5962daf5b562 (the last one on oct 20th) - that one is working okay. The b80c232fc2524433af832256d1f382fbe0bf0599 (last from the 25th october) is already broken.

I have no more time today to test which commit exactly introduced the issue, I will try to do that this weeks weekend, but no promises :).
