Discovery of DVB muxes won't work

Hi,
I upgraded to Tvheadend 3.9.1847. I managed to add networks and configure diseqc switch.
TVH has found all the services on the predefined muxes, however it won't scan for additional muxes despite the network discovery checkbox is enabled on the Networks configuration page.
The MUX scan was working in 3.4.27.
How could I enable mux discovery?
