Tvheadend

Hi all,
quiet new to tvheadend (4 months) I suffer from a strange problem.
here's my install : 2 universal quatro lnb (13E and 19.2E) connected to a SPAUN multiswitch diseqc 2.0 with 8 outputs. 4 of theses are connecte to a 4 tuners Digital devices cine s2 v6.5 ubutu 14.04.1 server running latest tvheadend unstable and oscam-svn to decript channels with real local cards. LNB 13E connected to diseqc first port and LNB 19.2E on diseqc second port.

Now the problem: every time I restart tvheadend (only needed to update it) tvh begin to scan muxes, and it begin with 4 muxes on 19.2E. For all 4, scan failed:

then it continue with 13E muxes and all works OK. Once scan of all muxes finished, I manually force a rescan on these 4 19.2E muxes marked as FAILED and all works good.
