Cine S2 + Duo Flex = failed to tune

Hello,

I have recently bought Cine S2 with Duo Flex S2., however it doesn't find any muxes.
Apparently looks like LNB is not powered by card. I have connected 2x FDD power connectors from PSU.

How can I enable this feature?

UPDATE: everythong is working fine with mumudvb.
Tvheadend unfortunately is showing 'FAIL' in 'Scan result' column just after adding multiplex and even does not enable power LNB feature.
Whats wrong with tvheadend and how can I fix this issue?
