Tvheadend

Hello
I have a three tuners:
2x tuner ITE 9135 DVB-T
1x Aver Media Volar HD Pro A835 Afatech AF9033 DVB-T

Tuners ITE9135 works ok. But tuner AverMedia AF9033 at some point stopped working. All tuners was find in DSM (soft Synology because i have TVHeadend on Debian CHroot in Synology NAS) and TVHeadend. Tuners was show in CONFIGURATION > DVB INPUT > TV ADAPTERS. All was ENABLED and have select NETWORKS with selected muxes. When i watch programs which use tuners ITE9135 and now i try watch or record programs by my tablet whichc try use tuner AF9033 program not show and in log i have:

Once tuner AF9033 worked OK. It does not work for some time.
I tested this tuner on PC with Windows 7 x64 and tuner works perfect. It is OK.

My suspicions are the tuner does not work on some versions tvheaend but I'm not sure. I changed port USB and cabel plug and nothing. Still not work.

Please Help me.
