Tvheadend

Friends, I need help!
Configured my tvheadend, and now I'm trying to get my channels, I use Ku band and would like to get the satelite channels STAR ONE C2 70W, I created a file with the data from this satellite, however when I ask to search the channels, I have the following data :
Service = 0
Mux = 28
Muxes awaiting initial scan = 12
However the latter is falling ...... until you reach 0
I do not know what else to do, ubuntu recognizes my plate.

Can anyone help me?
