recordings disappear in tvheadend but remain on the disk

I am running tvheadend on a server streaming to a NUC DB2820 with OpenElec using the pvr.tvh addon.
It has happened twice to me that watching liveTV or a recording on tvh suddenly the stream stops and many messages are displayed on XBMC in the bottom right corner like
- deleting recording
- adding recording
...
Too fast to write down.
- Why does this happen?
- Why at 18:20?
- How can I change this behaviour?
- Why are the recordings disappearing in tvh web view and XBMC but they are still on disk?
