no IPTV Tab
Added by Der Fux almost 11 years ago
Hi everybody,
I've used TVHEADEND together with my XBMC for a long time without any bigger trouble.
After an update I now have no IPTV-Channels in TVH. And I see no way to add them again. I've reinstalled TVH for a few times (removed any config files etc.) - but this doesn't elp.
In the tutorials I read I have to add the IPTV-Channels under config/iptv - but I don't have such tab named "IPTV".
Under Networks I have an IPTV-Entry. Than I can add muxes with URLS. Do I have to add a mux per channel? And if yes: What to do after adding the mux?
Or is there a different way to get IPTV working with TVH?
My Version is 3.9.379. I use debian and my IPTV-Source is "Entertain" from the german Telekom.
Thanks in advance
Fux

There is no more IPTV-Tab since the DVB-rework-merger, you now simply add a new mux, enter the right interface you want to use (i.e. eth0) and the URL (i.e. udp://239.0.0.1:1234). I have no real IPTV here, but streaming from a VLC works fine, i think if you have real IPTV, it's really a complete mux and it will recognize the channels in there automatically...
