Tvheadend

I have installed ubuntu Desktop 64-bit LTS and lastest stable version of tvheadend, scanned transporder and map DVB Services to channels, but problem is when i want to watch stream in vlc player i im getting picture for 2seconds and then freezee.

in vlc i put this url link to watch stream:

http://10.11.17.200:9981/playlist/channelid/10

My tvheadend gui configuration over web is at address:

What i im doing wrong? Here attached screen shoot you will see that Bit Error Rate is counting higher and higher, so it is not stayed at 0. My dish is perfectly alligned because my dreambox DM800HD shows 92% strength 100% quality and BER 0

Can i stream it using HTSP protocol? i added plugin dll to vlc directory and when i click on HTSP there is spinning ball and nothing found...What is the streaming port for watching channels on vlc? 9981 is for web interface maybe it needs another port?

Please replay how to fix this issue.
