Missing channels on Astra 19.2E

Added by Gnaddel Gnaddel over 11 years ago

Hi there,

I'm missing some DVB-S2 channels on astra 19.2E. The reception of DVB-S2 seems to work in principle, as I can tune into some of them.
However, especially ARD-HD and ZDF-HD are missing. They fail as follows (no input detected):

Apr 24 19:15:53.520 subscription: "serviceprobe" unsubscribing
Apr 24 19:15:53.520 serviceprobe: zdf_neo HD: skipped: No input detected
Apr 24 19:15:53.520 serviceprobe: ARTE HD: checking...
Apr 24 19:15:53.520 subscription: "serviceprobe" direct subscription to adapter: "STB0899 Multistandard", network: "ASTRA 1", mux: "ASTRA 1: 11,361,750 kHz Horizontal (Default (Port 0, Universal LNB))", provider: "ARTE HD", service: "ARTE HD", quality: 100
Apr 24 19:16:25.423 subscription: "serviceprobe" unsubscribing
Apr 24 19:16:25.424 serviceprobe: ARTE HD: skipped: No input detected
Apr 24 19:16:25.424 serviceprobe: ZDF HD: checking...
Apr 24 19:16:25.424 subscription: "serviceprobe" direct subscription to adapter: "STB0899 Multistandard", network: "ASTRA 1", mux: "ASTRA 1: 11,361,750 kHz Horizontal (Default (Port 0, Universal LNB))", provider: "ZDFvision", service: "ZDF HD", quality: 100
Apr 24 19:16:57.328 subscription: "serviceprobe" unsubscribing
Apr 24 19:16:57.328 serviceprobe: ZDF HD: skipped: No input detected

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi,

as this one is already a month old, you might have fixed it already... if not, how's your adapter configured? I use the Terratec Cinergy S2 (on debian wheezy), which also has the STB0899 Multistandard chipset and it works flawlessly.

e.g.:

tvheadend[2434]: subscription: "127.0.0.1 [ wohnzimmer | XBMC Media Center ]" subscribing on "ZDF HD", weight: 150, adapter: "STB0899 Multistandard", network: "ASTRA 1", mux: "ASTRA 1: 11,361,750 kHz Horizontal (Default (Port 0, Universal LNB))", provider: "ZDFvision", service: "ZDF HD", quality: 100

as you can see, the "serviceprobe" entries are missig, maybe it has sth to do with that?!
