Raspi4 + TV HAT + DVB-T2 Germany/Nuremberg - one mux not mapping
Added by Daniel Schubert almost 2 years ago
Hi,
I'm installing my newly ordered TV HAT module for my Raspberry Pi4. I installed TVheadend using Raspberry PI OS package. Installation went without problems, I choose DVB-T network and Germany for predefined mux. Scanning finds all mux like it should comparing to this frequency table in Nuremberg https://tvhelfer.de/location/136 For all but one mux it also maps the services like I'd expect. But one does not and I can't see an obvious reason for this. Any help what could cause the problem or what I could try to fix the problem? Thanks for your help!

Update on the issue: Did a lot of rescans and connected the hat on shortest possible distance to my DVB-T antenna and it worked. So maybe the hat is quite sensitive in signal quality, although my normal reception quality on my default DVB-T box is always above 90. After TVheadend mapped all channels I restored my old cable setup and it still works without any noticeable problems in my recordings.
