No services found - hardware or configuration issue?

Added by Mat Cuy over 3 years ago

Hi!

I have recently set up a TV Headend server (4.2.8, if I am not mistaken) on a Raspberry Pi 4b, using the Raspberry Pi OS lite version. As an TV Stick I am using a Hauppauge WinTV soloHD DVB-C/-T/-T2 USB Stick.

My problem is that while TV adapters are recognised (Silicon Labs Si2168 #0 : DVB-C #0) and I am also able to create a network there are now services found at the predifined muxes (I preselected by cable provider for the identification of the correct muxes). The search result is "mistake" (I hope this is the word the English version also uses) for all of the muxes, the network ID is 65636.

I also looked into the syslog and receiged the following code:

I am not really sure how to tackle this problem. Would you say this could be a problem / defect of by TV stick or the cable? Could it be connected to wrong muxes? In which direction should I go further?

Thanks for help and please do not hesitate to ask, if you need more information!

I got it fixed, so no answers needed any more. It was a firmware issue of the TV stick!

Best regards!
