No HD channels showing

Hi Guys. New to tvheadend, and new to raspberry pi. Im running a Raspberry |Pi 4 with the XBOX ONE tv tuner. So far ive managed to receive SD channels from my area (Belmont) in the UK but no HD channels will scan. ive tried several times no no luck.
Can anybody help or give me some advice.? Thanks in advance..!!
