TVheadend: stream m3u8 playlist to external users

HI,

How can I stream m3u8 playlists channels to external users?

For example: I have http://199.199.29.20:9081/playlist.m3u8. How can I manage to let someone from other ip external location use this link to stream TV without additional authorization?

Yes, is that possible with TVH? or need other platform? TVH is only for intranet?
