DVB-S works but not IPTV
Added by Mo Hahn over 6 years ago
I'm using TVheadend 4.3-1159~gc64482d65 via Linuxserver.io docker container. There is a S8 Max attached and all DVB-S/S2 channels are working fine and can be watched in TVHclient.
I'm trying to setup IPTV for hours now. Read and tried so many manuals, but no success. Ex. I used these[[https://www.matthuisman.nz/2017/06/libreelec-tvheadend-iptv-freeview-nz.html]] and [[https://www.kodinerds.net/index.php/Thread/56713-Kodinerds-IPTV-Fertige-Liste-mit-freien-IPTV-Kanälen]] manuals, simply stating to create a new "IPTV Automatic Network", applying M3U playlist as URL. Muxes were created, but scan status is PEND and does not change. When playing these M3U playlist in VLC directly, all is fine.
When trying to force scan in network tab nothing happens also. The behavior is the same every time, even when trying to setup mux manually, with or w/o pipe:// command...
When starting stream from mux tab inside TVheadend GUI, the log states:
2018-03-28 09:52:39.294 http: 192.168.1.106: using ticket a87b839b85f8c2ce66f9e31fcb478a48880302f7 for /stream/mux/5775312844a52e06fe1371633711e0d6 2018-03-28 09:52:41.294 subscription: 0256: No input source available for subscription "HTTP" to mux "Multiplex [onid:FFFF tsid:FFFF] in IPTV-TST" 2018-03-28 09:52:41.294 webui: Couldn't start streaming /stream/mux/5775312844a52e06fe1371633711e0d6?ticket=a87b839b85f8c2ce66f9e31fcb478a48880302f7, No assigned adapters 2018-03-28 09:52:41.294 subscription: 0256: "HTTP" unsubscribing, hostname="192.168.1.106", client="NSPlayer/7.10.0.3059"
What does that all mean? Why doesn't it work?

I've upgraded to HTS Tvheadend 4.3-1206~g5de70b42e and can confirm, that IPTV is working now. Don't understand what's the content of the ticket you mentioned, but it works :-) Thanks.
