Could be realized timeshift/timeback +1 or +2 for few IPTV channels ?

Topics says all, could I realize with TVH that feature?
Don't want to make broadcasting service just want 2-3 channel which I receive also IPTV and don't have timeshift/timeback from cable operator to be recorded.
Could be realized timeshift/timeback +1 or +2 for few IPTV channels ?
