Hello,

Can you help me... I can't understand how to scan my dvb-c network and find all available non crypted channels on all available frequencies and symbol rates?

Invalid argument usually means you're missing a 0/value somewhere..

Can you explain how do scan C band correctly?
I created mux with following settings as on screenshot...
no result.. try to change frequency, symbolic rate, constellation...
the same - nothing (((

You only really need to set the freq and symrate. If you're sure there is info on that freq try using w_scan to confirm the details.

smth wrong with scanning with w_scan... it starts, but for a long nothing happens... I had to interrupt it.. output looks like this:

Well, w_scan has found channels so can tvheadend..

Going from that output your symrate is 6875 not the 9600 you entered in the screenshot.

You can leave the QAM at AUTO - you just need to add a frequency (pick one that works in the output).

You'd enter 314000 in the frequency and symrate of 6875..

wow... there is progress! ))

network tab looks like screenshot 1.

after adding one mux, additional 15 appeared and full list now looks like screenshot 2...

but it found only 104 services, including encrypted.... but as I wrote previously, under windows it is found 138 unencrypted + some crypted...

there is no guaranty that operator add all frequency's in NIT

as seen from this screenshot tvheadend failed on frequencies 322,746,754,762Mhz...
but, windows apps shows channels on this frequencies as well as w_scan.
and the difference with windows app only in this 4 frequencies... unfortunately it is not possible to see symbol rate and constellation there....

Use FEMON in second terminal during scan with w_scan and TVH to see signal levels
also during scan see in TVH status tab

status bar shows this (see screenshot)
signal strength is from -74 to -78 dB
for working freq, snr is about 24,8 dBm
