tvheadend WebGUI not loading

Added by Andy Hermann about 8 years ago

Hello @ the community,

i am having a problem with the WebGUI not loading the page. I do not get even an error message browser is just saying "Waiting for 192.168.1.123" and then I get after some minutes a timeout.
This happens after I activate one of my USB TV Cards (Terratec Cinergy DVB-S2 USB HD & USB BOX). Does not matter which of them I activate, tvheadend webgui stopps working immediately.

My config is the following:

Proxmox Node KVM Virtualization -> Debian Jessie Kernel 3.16.0-4-amd64
The TV Cards are passed though the node to the VM and are recognized by debian:

root@tv:~# dmesg | grep -i dvb

Immediately when I disconnect the USB Card form the VM, the WebGUI of TVHeadend works without a problem.

Does anyone has an idea what to do?
