Online radio as tvheadend input

Hello

I would like to use this (http://195.56.193.129:8100) stream as IPTV input in my tvheadend server.
This is a public mp3 online radio stream.

I used Custom_MPEG-TS_Input tutorial, but no success.

Could someone help me with a step-by-step guide?
