Where do the channel logos go?
Added by Billy Reynolds about 13 years ago
I found a nice channel logo pack for my FreeSat UK install ( http://www.mediafire.com/?8x3dbin3arofbbb )...
...but where do they go? In XBMC PVR the default folder is shown as :
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\media
Where do I put the logo inside though? In a folder called thumbs, all together? In a folder called TV or Radio inside the thumbs folder?
Help please! So I don't have to go through hundreds of channels one by one, surely there's an easier way?

Well, found out myself (These forums don't seem very busy lol)
Just unpack all the images into the "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\media" folder (NOT inside thumbs or anything else) and they all show up (some are missing but that's probably due to their filenames or missing logos)

DOH! Just noticed that there's a setting on the XBMC PVR to set where the thumbnails are stored, guess I should look first and ask later :p
For anyone else who didn't look first

If you go into the channel manager in XBMC there is the option to choose the thumb/logo per channel. This way the names don't have to match up etc. You can also specify the logo in TVheadend but i've had no luck getting these to show up in XBMC.
