De scrambling with multi tuners

Can anyone advise, does the de-scrambling work on multi tuners, I have 2 tuners, but if I am watching a scrambled channel, and then record a scrambled channel on another tuner, the channel I am watching just stops displaying.

I see mention of something to do with descrambling multiple channels on this Feature/Issue:

What (soft)cam do you use ?

Should have updated this :)

I have a USB card reader, and I was testing out lots of cam software, I think I now have oscam configured and working to descramble multiple channels in TVheadend.
