Decrypt only one channel at a time

Hello

First sry for my bad english.
I tried to create a ca filter so that only one channel decrypted at the same time.

I use oscam and have tried the following settings for the filter:
CA, ANY, ANY, "", 0, 0, ONE_TIME
But unfortunately it did not work.

Is that possible and if so, how?

If you're using something like Oscam you can set it there. Or limit per-user in tvheadend via Access Entries.
