Ep or Seanson not being exported?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but when I'm grabbing the xmltv from browsing to the local URL I get the show information but I do not get episode or season information.
In TVHeadend under the Electronic Program Guide it shows the seasons and episodes. I pull the EPG from Schedules Direct.
I get the following.
