Tvheadend

Not sure how to describe this one, but I thought I'd mention it here in case anyone else runs into it, anyway..

While working on the docs I modified esfilter.c (adding some opts), rebuilt as usual. Tvh ran fine but the config tab was missing & I received a comet error stating something along the lines of "comet tvheadend.codecs doesn't exist".

I initially thought my changes had borked something so reverted them, but nope, the only way to resolve the error was to make clean/distclean.

Not sure if ccache was the cause, but nonetheless an odd one for sure!
